How can I start my fitness journey with EndurΞX?

Complete the required details and health questionnaire at the membership are. You’ll then receive an email with all instructions and book your physical assessment. Based on your results, you'll be guided into the group training that fits your level. Nutrition coaching is available separately, if desired.

What is the duration of a typical training session?

Our training sessions usually span approximately 45 minutes, breathing technical, encompassing warm-up flow, the main workout, and cool-down. 

Do you provide virtual training?

Absolutely, we offer virtual training sessions utilizing state-of-the-art technology. These virtual sessions grant the flexibility to train from any location, ensuring you can stay committed to your fitness goals, even from the convenience of your own home. Send us email for more details.
